As time goes on and we develop as a community of like-minded women seeking our best life in later years of life, we hope to make sure the questions women have are answered with more scientific research for women who are past child-bearing years and searching to solve questions we don't know how to articulate most of the time. We will figure out the questions, and as a community, we will work together to figure out the answers. Together, we can do anything!
1. When is the summit?
The ROOTED Woman Summit is a 3-day virtual experience, from Wednesday, August 12, to Friday, August 14, 2026, 12 NOON CT to 3 PM CT.
Doors open one hour early for tech check and group grounding habits, and a few surprises for early birds.
2. Where does it take place?
The summit is virtual, so you can join from home. You will receive a personal link in your email.
3. Who is this for?
This summit is for midlife women who are tired of feeling exhausted, foggy, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure what their body and life are asking for now.
4. Do I need to be in menopause to attend?
No. If you are in perimenopause, menopause, postmenopause, or simply navigating midlife changes, you are welcome. (Women in their 30s - 40s are welcome and should learn about this topic so they can prepare.)
5. Is this medical advice?
No. This summit is for education, support, and practical next steps. It does not replace medical care from your qualified healthcare provider. Any comment by a speaker or the host should not be taken as anything other than personal experience.
6. Will there be a VIP upgrade?
No. There is no VIP upgrade for this summit. Everyone gets the full ROOTED experience as a VIP.

I created the ROOTED Woman Summit Series for women who are tired of feeling exhausted, foggy, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves.
After 40+ years in education, I know how to make complex ideas clear and practical.
